There is no where to file a formal complaint. I emailed the Supervisor back advising that the expectation was that they would reimburse our account. Checked my account and they withdrew funds from our bank for these charges. When I finally got through to a Supervisor, she assured me that I would not be charged for the amended T-4's due to ADP's numerous errors. I spent 8-10 hours on the phone to try to remedy the situation (much of which was sitting on hold). On one call, I couldn't even hear the rep as there was a dog barking inher home constantly and loudly.
Each call representative told me different information. The customer call centre is absolutely frustrating as you just have to repeat your issue to someone new each and every time. When I reviewed the trial T-4's they were wrong.not once, not twice but three times. I worked with an ADP representative to amend T-4's (Canada).
